Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each member purchases a share in the Credit Union which includes ownership in the co operative and voting rights at the annual meeting
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	At the annual meeting held by the Credit Union, members utilizing their voting rights elect and re-elect the board of directors. There is a nomination process held prior to this where notices are posted to the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Information is input by VP of Accounting and reviewed by EVP and President/CEO and then submitted.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Any direct of indirect conflict of interest between an employee and the Credit Union is prohibited. Florida West Coast Credit Union updates this policy annually and monitors it continuously.
