Management duties delegation Part VI line 3 The Board of Trustees have hire Libby and Associates LLC (a two member LLC) with Brian and Barbara Libby as its members, to administer and manage the dat to day operations for the Organization. It is a contractual agreement with specific duties and responsibilities identified and agreed upon by all of the Parties to the contract.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 AFSCME Maine Membership Benefit Fund members are local or state employees who form locals at the town, city or state level. On a voluntary basis they purchase one or more of the available benefit programs and pay the costs using payroll deductions. All the members have the right to attend the Trustee meetings and can ask for an opportunity to speak about any relevant topic or concern.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Each year as a Trustee term expires nominations to replace or return a Trustee is open to all the members. Once the nominations have closed if an open seat at the Trustee table is contested than the membership would vote to elect a new Trustee.
