What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE CORPORATION IS A TITLE HOLDING CORPORATION FOR A FRATERNITY HOUSE FOR KAPPA ALPHA ORDER-DELTA THETA CHAPTER. THE CORPORATION RENTS THE HOUSE TO THE FRATERNITY AND COLLECTS THE RENT. ALL REVENUES COLLECTED ARE USED TO PAY THE MORTGAGE, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE, INSURANCE, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE FRATERNITY HOUSE.
