The Association is subject to income tax on unrelated business income. The Association had no taxable unrelated business income in 2013 and 2012. CU Services,Inc., the Association's wholly-owned subsidiary, is subject to federal and state corporate income taxes. The provision for federal and state income taxes amounted to $(5,274) and $61,522 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
