What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND FOR THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMMUNITY THAT IT SERVES. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES AS A CONDUIT FOR INFORMATION ABOUT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES AS WELL AS FOR THE TRENDS TECHNIQUES, AND TECHNOLOGIES THAT AFFECT THE PROFESSION. ONE OF ITS PRIMARY FUNCTIONS IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS INTERESTED IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE CAREERS. SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE $1,000 TO $2,000 RANGE. UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES PERFORM THE APPLICATION SCREENING.
