Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union has a single class of members with equal rights of owenership, governance and voting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Board Members are selected by nominating committee and voted on at the annual meeting for 3 year staggered terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 returns are reviewed by the CEO and then a copy is provided to the Board of Directors for review at a regular board meeting prior to filing.
