Facts And Circumstances Test
THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ITS BASE OF CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. WHILE THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT PASS THE 33.33% TEST, IT DOES HAVE MORE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE WIDER GENERAL PUBLIC 2013. THIS IS UP FROM THE PRIOR YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO SEEK CONTRIBUTIONS FROM NEW AND VARIED CONTRIBUTORS. THIS IS EVIDENCED BY THE LIST OF CONTRIBUTORS THAT HAVE NOT GIVEN TO THE ORGANIZATION IN THE PAST. THE ORGANIZATION HAS NOT SOUGHT TO EARN UNRELATED INCOME OR FOCUS ITS EFFORTS ON EARNING INVESTMENT INCOME. THE EFFORTS OF ITS VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS HAS BEEN TO PROVIDE AS MUCH AID AS POSSIBLE TO AREA WHERE THE FUNDS WILL DO THE MOST GOOD CONSIDERING THE ORGANIZATION EXEMPT PURPOSE.
