This forms is being filed late due to Officer changes the original Officer (Treasurer) for end 2012 and begin was elected Jamie Dickinson she resigned 4 months after she took office. Charmin Talley Houie the Secretary has been maintaining records however she has no experience doing financial reports was not aware that any reports were due she placed all financial docs that were not bills in a drawer. The President of the Local asked me to resume duties as Assistant Treasury to do financial reports after warning letter arrived. The Local is sorry for the delay and will attempt to be more proactive regarding government reports.
