Prior to annual meeting the policies & procedures manual is given to the trustees for review. In a subsequent metting the manual is updated and approved.
Part VI Section B Question 15b		Board has a Compensation Committee consisting of Chariman, Treasurer, Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore. The committee sets the salary for all management positions and gives guidelines to management for staff compensation. The compensation is incorporated into the budget which is approved by the trustees.
Part VI Section C Question 19		The governing documents are the By-Laws. Annually the by-laws are published in the directory. The directory is given to all members annualy and to prospective new members. The directory is available for inspection at the office. The financial statements are available at the annual meeting. The treasurer will ask the members if anyone would like a copy and one is provided.
Part VI Section B 11b		Form 990 is reviewed by the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. Committee consists of Chairman, Treasurer, Commodore, Vice Commodore, Rear Commodore and a Trustee. All six are trustees of the board.
