AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2013, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CCF INCLUDED FOURTEEN (14) DIRECTORS WITH VOTING RIGHTS AND TWO (2) DIRECTORS WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS. THIRTEEN (13) DIRECTORS WITH VOTING RIGHTS WERE APPOINTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ASCO, A NON-PROFIT, 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION, A RELATED ORGANIZATION. THERE WERE THREE EX-OFFICIO DIRECTORS: THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) (WITH VOTING RIGHTS), THE ASCO PRESIDENT (WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS) AND THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS).
