Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	We have 5,263 members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Our Board members are approved by a nominating committee of five members. It is composed of three members and two Board members. The membership is notified of these selections by mail. The members are then able to nominate their own candidate if they so desire to have an election.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Mergers, restructuring, and removal of Board members are all decisions which require the approval of membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The President reviewed the form after being completed by the Controller. He compares current year to last year's filing.
