Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The retail and services business owners, as well as private citizens in Grafton, pay annual membership dues to the Chamber of Commerce, to promote the community.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The dues paying members of the Chamber approach, nominate and vote on individuals who are current with their membership, and are accepting of the responsibility to assist and manage the daily operations of the Chamber as well as discuss and assist with plan directions for future years promotions.
