Schedule I, Part I, Line 2	A scholarship committee reviews the prospective recipients' applications for completeness and based on the criteria set by the credit union board of directors the scholarship committee awards the approved, qualified college students a $500 scholarship. Monies are paid to the college or university directly where the students are enrolled for the recipients' benefit for the semester.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union's members have rights to elect the members of the governing body. The Credit Union's members also receive a share of the organization's profits in the form of cash dividends.
