The Association completes an annual tax organizer to address the various areas in the tax return and financial information is derived from the annual audited financial statements.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The Association has members complete annual statement of economic interest that would list any conflicts. Conflicts would be addressed by the Association.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	All information is available to the public upon request.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2C	The governing body of the Association provides oversight over the audit, financial report, and selection of the independent auditor. This process has not changed from the prior year.
