ARTICLE II, MEMBERSHIP AND SPHERE OF OPERATION; SECTION 1 changed to: Membership in this credit union is open to individuals who reside, work, have a place of business, or attend school in Bristol, Plymouth, and Barnstable Counties in Massachusetts and Bristol, and Newport Counties in Rhode Island, and to members of their immediate family or household to include: Mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, grandparents, or any other individual residing in the member household. ARTICLE IV, RECEIPTING FOR MONEY SECTION 1 changed to: Money paid in on account of shares, deposits, repayment of loans, interest, or fines shall be evidenced by such records, statements, passbooks and / or receipts, as the Board of directors may, from time to time, prescribe and are otherwise in conformity with applicable statutes. ARTICLE IV, RECEIPTING FOR MONEY SECTION 2 changed to: If a passbook is lost or stolen, immediate notice must be given to the credit union and written application made for the payment of the amount represented by said book, or for the issuance of a duplicate book in accordance with the statutes governing lost passbooks. ARTICLE VIII, CREDIT COMMITTEE; SECTION 4 changed to: The credit committee shall determine the security or guarantors that shall be required for each loan and the terms upon which it shall be repaid.
