	Voter education - Alaska Conservation Voters (ACV) educates organizations and individuals about complex, fast-paced lawmaking and how they can influence it to protect Alaska's unique natural heritage. We disseminate educational information via website, e-mail, phone, surface mail, and interpersonal contacts. Our yearly legislative scorecard helps constitutents hold state legislators accountable for their votes on environmental issues. Each year we bring activists to the state capital where we train them in the legislative process and advocacy techniques. We then provide them the opportunity to put their new-found skills to use in lobbying legislators.
