Form 990, Header, Line B	Delta Air Lines, Inc. ('the Company") submitted the initial Form 990 for plan year ended 12/31/2013 on July 2, 2014. At that time the Company had not filed the Form 5500 or completed the audit for the Northwest Airlines Group Medical Plan for the year ended 12/31/2013. On October 2, 2014 the Company filed the Form 5500 and attached to it the audited financial statements. Since the Company has completed an audit for the plan year, the Company would like to ensure the most accurate information is reported in the Form 990 by submitting this amended return. Changes made to this return compared to the previous submitted return for the year ended 12/31/2013 include, Form 990 Part IV questions 12a and 12b are now marked yes; Form 990 Part XII questions 2b and 2c are now marked yes and Form 990 Schedule D is now completed.
