SECTION 6.1 ELIGIBILITY AND NOMINATIONS - ALL CANDIDATES NOMINATED MUST BE ACTIVE MEMBERS AND MEET QUALIFICATIONS SET FORTH IN THE FIRE COMPANY POLICIES AND BEST PRACTICES. ALL CANDIDATES NOMINATED FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, TREASURER, FINANCIAL SECRETARY, OR TRUTEE MUST ALSO BE PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP, MUST BE MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING, AS DETERMINED BY THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE, AND ATTEND AT LEAST 5 MEETINGS IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, TO BE ELECTED.
