I2E HAS CREATED THREE NEW FUNDS THAT EACH OFFER EQUITY AND GROWTH INVESTMENT CAPITAL FOR STATE-BASED ENTREPRENEURS, DEPENDING ON THE LIFECYCLE STAGE OF THEIR BUSINESS. 4) IN SEPTEMBER 2012, THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION (EDA) TO FUND THE TULSA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. THIS GRANT WAS APPROVED FOR 393,765 OVER A 36 MONTH PERIOD IN ORDER FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO IMPLEMENT A PILOT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE.
