What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE MOTORCYCLE RIDERS ASSOCIATION IS TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE PLANNING OF RECREATIONAL AREAS FOR OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES IN OREGON AND TO ACT AS A SOUNDING BOARD FOR THE VIEWS AND INTEREST OF THIS POPULATION.
