Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	Members consist of seven 501(C)(12) tax exempt distribution cooperatives - Cherokee County Electric, Deep East Texas Electric, Jasper-Newton Electric, Houston County Electric, Rusk County Electric, Sam Houston Electric, and Wood County Electric.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Each of the seven respective members appoints representation to the governing body of the organization consisting of the General Manager of each member and 1 director. this governing body then represents each member.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	The governing body with represenation from each member cooperative has the authority to approve decisions and govern the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Board of Directors determines whether the Form 990 will be reviewed by all directors, an existing committee, or a special committee appointed for such prupose prior to filing. Once the return is completed, it is provided to the directors or the committee responsible for reviewing.
