FORM 3115 CHANGE IN ACCOUTING METHOD THE ORGANIZATION HAS ADOPTED THE ACCRUAL METHOD OF ACCOUNTING FOR 2013 FOR BOTH ITS BOOKS AND TAX RETURN REPORTING. THE METHOD USED IN PRIOR YEARS AND ON ITS 2012 FORM 990EZ WAS THE CASH METHOD. THE ORGANIZATION FEELS THAT THE ACCRUAL METHOD MORE CLEARLY REFLECTS THE INCOME AND EXPENSE OF THE ORGANIZATION. THERE WERE NO RECEIVABLES OR PAYABLES THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCRUED AT JUNE 30, 2013, THUS NO SECTION 481 ADJUSTMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ACCOUNTING METHOD CHANGE.
