Hipsley dated July 17, 1924, and the codicil thereto dated April 2, 1931, which will and codicil were admitted to probate in Fulton County, Illinois, on February 21, 1933, in Case 23-955. It provides for the carrying on of community work for the betterment and welfare of the people of Table Grove, Illinois.
