REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CEO COMPENSATION IS DONE BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND/OR BOARD. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF KEY EMPLOYEE SALARIES ARE DONE BY THE CEO.
