Pt VI, Line 6 The Academy has the following types of members: Active, Honorary, Associate, and resident. Active members have full and equal ptiveleges to vote, hold office, serve on committees and to participate in all affairs of rhe academy. Honorary, associate and resident members shall not have the right to vote or hold elective office. They may be appointed to committee membership, other than the executive committee, but may not hold committee chairmanship.
Pt VI, Line 2 Edgar Camponia,MD and Brian Wood,MD are al officers of this organization and are also officers in another corporation.
Pt VI, Line 7a The officers of the academy shall be elected by a majority of the active members present at the annual business meeting.
Pt VI, Line 7b The executive committee shall formulate the scientific, financial, professional, social, public relations, legislative and general policies of the academy. Significant changes of policy or questions of policy may be discussed and voted upon by the activr membership of the academy. The constituition and by-laws can be amended by two-thirds majority vote of the active members at any properly announced meeting of the academy.
