PERSONS ATTENDING VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE. THE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GRANTED UPON RECEIPT OF PROOF OF REGISTRATION, AND WILL BE GRANTED ON THE BASIS OF ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP AND OTHER FACTORS.
