Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	Form is prepared by independent accountant. Review of the Form 990 is a joint effort between the Executive Committee, the CEO and the staff to ensure accuracy, completeness and overall compliance. Any issues regarding accuracy, or completeness are corrected prior to filing of the Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Any conflicts of interest are identified and monitored throughout the year and any deviations or concerns are brought to the Board of Directors's attention for further review and resolution.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	Compensation paid to the CEO is negotiated between the compensation committee of the Board of Directors and the CEO benchmarking against salary survey data. Such issues as base compensation and bonuses, if any, are determined at the time of the negotiations and included in the terms of the contract. Performance is reviewed on an annual basis by the Executive Committee and brought to the full Board for approval, to determine compliance and pay bonuses based upon that performance.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	Governing documents and the Association's conflict of interest policy are provided to interested parties upon request. Financial statements are available upon request, provided the request is in writing and a reasonable amount of time allowed to gather the information and to deliver it to the requester. Form 990 is available to all interested parties by accessing the Guidestar Website.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c	The Association's Executive Committee assumes responsibility for oversight of the audit of its financial statements and selection of an independent accountant. The process is consistent with previous years.
