Explanation:

I absolutely thought I had successfully this filed months ago, when it was due. I am using a third party website (www.efile.form990.org) that is often unclear and confusing. I thought the 990-EZ for 2013 had been successfully submitted though this website. Our filings have never been late before. We have no assets any longer, and plan to dissolve before the end of 2014. Any late fee would be a substantial and personal financial burden for the remaining board members.
