PROVISIONAL MEMBERS ARE THOSE ENGAGED IN COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO HOLD OFFICE OR VOTE, EXCEPT IN PROVISIONAL OR COMMITTEE MEETINGS. ACTIVE MEMBERS HAVE COMPLETED THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP, BEEN ADMITTED TO ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP, AND JUSTIFY THAT MEMBERSHIP BY VOLUNTEERING THEIR SERVICES TO THE LEAGUE AND COMMUNITY.
