FIRST: TO ACQUIRE, HOLD , LEASE AND CONVEY SUCH REAL AND/OR PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURNISHING FINANCIAL AID AND ASSISTANCE IN THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS WITH THE THETA IOTA CHAPTER OF THE SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY AT SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY.
