What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Community Service
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 In conjunction with the clubs dedication supporting the youth of the area, it sponsors the Kiwanis Fishing Derby for the children of Kittitas County. Fish that have been grown in a private lake by members of the club, are released just prior to the event, into Wilson Creek which runs through the city of Ellensburg. All of the youth of Kittitas County are invited to fish the creek. Refreshments and prizes are provided to the participants. An estimated 150 children participated in the event.
