Form 990, Part VI, Line 6	Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	Certain members of the club own shares of the club which allows them to vote on certain club matters. Shares are $50 per share and are repurchased for $50 per share at the time the shareholder is no longer associated with the club.
