Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 Section 1. Membership. The membership of this corporation shall be composed of two categories, to-wit: governmental and private sector. The founding governmental entities which hold a membership in this corporation shall be the city of Gardner, Kansas, and the Johnson County Airport Commission, an agency of Johnson County, Kansas, both of whom shall contribute annual dues to the corporation. The Gardner-Edgerton-Antioch Unified School District No. 231 shall also hold a membership in the Corporation, however it shall not be required to pay dues so long as it is restricted from doing so by law.The Individual Levels are as follows:Platinum LevelGold LevelSilver LevelBronze Level
