28 THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO PROMOTE A SPIRIT OF HARMONY BETWEEN THE WOLVERINE PRODUCTS PIPE LINE CO AND THE WOLVERINE PRODUCTS PIPE LINE UNION MEMBERSHIP. THE UNION FACILITATES THE RESOLUTION OF GRIEVANCES, DISPUTES, AND ESTABLISHES PERSONNEL PRACTICES TO ENSURE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE WOLVERINE PRODUCTS PIPE LINE CO FACILITIES. THE UNION RESOLVED ONE CONFLICT DURING 2013 TO THE SATISFACTION OF ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. EXPENSES RELATED TO THE RESOLUTION WERE $3372 IN ATTORNEY FEES.
