Review process for Form 990	The final complete Form 990 with supporting schedules will be circulated to the Board of Directors before it is signed by the officers.
Conflict of Interest policy enforcement	Each year each Board member is required to complete the written conflict of interest questionnaire and they are reviewed by the President and the General Manager. Any Board member who has a conflict of interest with any particular issue is excused from the Board Meeting when discussions and decisions are made concerning these issues/items.
Compensation process	The President and Senior Vice President review independent benchmarking information and compensation survey results specifically for the private club industry in determining the total compensation package for the General Manager.
