Schedule R- Identification of Related Organizations		The filing organization is a Multiemployer Trust that provides Group Legal Services Benefits to eligible participants and their eligible dependents. The Trust is exempt from tax under Internal Revenue Service Code Section 501(c)(9). Therefore, the filing organization is only required to list the names of its contributing employers. The filing organization maintains a database of the names of these contributing employers and the amount contributed to the Trust by each employer. The legal structure (Corporation, Partnership, etc) for each contributing employer is not on file with the filing organization and could not be reasonably obtained nor is required to be maintained by the filing organization. As a result, the names of the contributing employers are provided as an attachment to the Schedule R but not reported in Part II, Part III or Part IV. See the "Attachment To Form 990 - Schedule R - 2012".
