	CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SYSTEM WAS COMPLETED IN FEBRUARY 2012. THE WATER SYSTEM BEGAN PROVIDING WATER SERVICE TO WATER CUSTOMERS IN MARCH 2012. DURING 2012, THE WATER SYSTEM RECEIVED A $229,068 GRANT FROM U.S. DEPT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND A $103,523 GRANT FROM OKALOOSA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. THE 2012 GRANTS WERE USED TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SYSTEM. NO GRANT FUNDS WERE RECEIVED IN 2013.
