OUR ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO FINDING MORE EFFECTIVE TREATMENTS FOR CHILDHOOD PSYCHIATRIC AND LEARNING DISORDERS, BUILDING THE SCIENCE OF HEALTHY BRAIN DEVELOPMENT, AND EMPOWERING CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH HELP, HOPE AND ANSWERS. FORM 990, PART III, LINE 4D, OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES CLINICAL CARE: IN JULY 2010, THE CHILD MIND MEDICAL PRACTICE, PLLC ("PRACTICE") AND THE CHILD MIND INSTITUTE, INC. ("CMI") ENTERED INTO A RESTRICTED GRANT AGREEMENT WHEREBY CMI WOULD MAKE ONE OR MORE INITIAL GRANTS NOT TO EXCEED $750,000 IN AGGREGATE (SUBSEQUENTLY INCREASED BY CMI BOARD TO $1,750,000 IN AGGREGATE), TO THE PRACTICE IN ORDER TO ENABLE THE PRACTICE TO COVER ITS START UP COSTS AND BEGIN TREATING PATIENTS.
