		Form 990 Part X Line 25 As required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD Housing Notice H-2012-14 Corporation must draw funds from Residual Receipts in lieu of Section 8 Assistance Payments. HUD has determined that the preferred accounting treatment is to create a liability on the balance sheet to recognize the claim on the residual receipts account with a corresponding expense on the statement of profit and loss. As the residual receipts account is drawn down the liability account will be debited with a corresponding credit to revenue.
