Form 990-EZ, Part III, Line 28 MEETINGS The RBN held 12 meetings during the year that were open to all members. The purpose of the meetings is to discuss recent trends and developments in the retail real estate industry. The RBN is constantly looking at the information obtained to determine better ways to educate ourselves and prepare for possible future trends and changes. The meetings were held in New York, Philadelphia, Washington, Baltimore, Phoenix, New Orleans, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Chicago, Palm Springs and Las Vegas.
Form 990-EZ, Part III, Line 29 CONFERENCE CALLS The RBN had approximately 60 conference calls during the year that were open to all members. These calls were related to specific categories of the retail industry. Examples of specific retail categories discussed on the conference calls included real estate investment trust, financial institutions, furniture, big-box retailers, and restaurant. The purpose of these calls is to share recent trends and development and to determine better methods to serve these sectors.
