What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE LOCAL UNION WAS ESTABLISHED TO NEGOTIATE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS FOR MEMBERS WAGES, BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS; AND TO SUPPORT AND PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF MEMBERS UNDER THESE AGREEMENTS AND FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
