Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Internal Revenue Service has determined and informed the Trust by a letter dated May 7, 1984, that the Trust is designed in accordance with applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Trust has been amended since receiving the determination letter. However, the plan sponsor believes that the Trust is designed and is currently being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC. The Trust is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRC. Accordingly, no provisions for income taxes have been made in these financial statements. Income tax positions must meet a more-likely-than-not recognition threshold to be recognized. Income tax positions that previously failed to meet a more-likely-than-not threshold are recognized in the first subsequent financial reporting period in which that threshold is met. Previously recognized tax positions that no longer meet the more-likely-than-not threshold are derecognized in the first subsequent financial reporting period in which that threshold is met. There were no accruals related to uncertain tax positions at June 30, 2013 or 2012.
