Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization is organized as a non-profit Asscoiation with dues paying members. There are 2 classes of members Beneficial members and Social members. Beneficial members enjoy the right to vote regarding the election of and / or removal of Officers and Trustees, the approval of all capital expenditures, the approval of all other expenditures in excess of 300, the approval of changes to the Associations By-Laws and operating practices and procedures, the approval of grants to community organizations and the approval of scholarship recipients. Beneficial members may receive a share of the Associations Net Assets upon the Associations dissolution. Social members have none of the aforementioned rights. Social members only have the right to make use of the Associations facilities and to participate in the Associations social functions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Association has 2 classes of members Beneficial members and Social members. Only Beneficial members have the right to vote in elections for members of the Associations Governing Body. Elections to the Governing Body are held whenever vacancies arise.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Association has 2 classes of members Beneficial members and Social members. Only Beneficial members have the right to vote. A meeting of Beneficial members is held on a monthly basis. Decisions requiring Beneficial members approval by vote include election and / or removal of members of the Governing Body, approval of all Capital expenditures, approval of all other expenditures in excess of 300 per occurance, approval of changes to the Associations By-Laws, operating practices and procedures, approval of grants and support to community organizations and approval of scholarship recipients.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	At a special meeting of the Officers of the Association, a final draft copy of this Form 990, including all Schedules and supporting documentation was provided to each officer by the preparer of the Form 990. The entire form and all associated Schedules and attachments were reviewed on a line by line basis. All required changes to the Form 990 were subsequently made by the preparer and the final version for filing was then presented to the President and the Treasurer for final approval. Once approved, Form 8879-EO, Electronic Filing Signature Authorization, was signed by the Treasurer and Form 990 was electronically filed by the tax preparer.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Associations Conflict of Interest Policy is applicable to each of the Officers, Trustees and employees of the Association. On an annual basis, each individual to whom the policy is applicable, must, in writing, certify that he / she has not been a direct or indirect participant in any activity with any vendor, supplier or other party doing any business with the Association that has resulted or could have resulted in any personal benefit to that individual. Each individual must also disclose to the Governing Body any personal interest he / she may have in any matter pending before the Governing Body and shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter. Determination of the existence of conflicts of interest involving Association matters, whether disclosed or not, rests with the Governing Body Officers and Trustees and appropriate action is determined based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Association makes its Governing Documents, Conflict of Interest Policy and Financial Statements available to the general public by permitting inspection and review of these documents at the general office of the Association after receipt of a written request from the interested party and the scheduling of an appointment at a mutually agreeable time.
