HEALTHCARE SCHOLARSHIPS- A RECEIPIENT MUST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND THEN IT IS SENT TO A COMMITTEE TO BE APPROVED OR DENIED. THE RECEIPIENT MUST BE ACCEPTED INTO A DEGREE PROGRAM THAT IS CRITICAL AND NECESSARY TO THE OPERATION OF THE HOSPITAL. RECEIPIENTS MUST MAINTAIN A CUMMULATIVE GPA OF 2.5 AND A FULL TIME COURSE STUDY (12 OR MORE CREDIT HOURS). THEY MUST SEND VERIFICATION OF GPA EACH SEMESTER. SCHOLARSHIP RECEIPIENTS ARE OBLIGATED TO EMPLOYMENT WITH METHODIST HOSPITAL AFTER GRADUATION ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF SEMESTERS FUNDED. FAILURE TO MEET THE SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN REPAYMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP DOLLARS.
