		PREPARER, I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LATE
		FILING, THE DEPARTMENT IS NOT AT FAULT. IF THE IS A
		PENALTY FOR THIS I WILL PERSONALLY PAY IT, I WILL NEED TO
		SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN AS I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCEING
		FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. THE DEPARTMENT IS TAX EXEMPT AND
		PAYS NO TAXES. I DID NOT WANT TO JUST FILE AND THEN AMEND
		THE RETURN SO I TOOK THE TIME NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE
		RETURN CORRECTLY. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE TARDINESS OF THE
		FILING, AND WILL ALLOW MORE TIME FOR THIS PROJECT NEXT
		YEAR. I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW LAPTOP, MY OLD ONE WAS SO SLOW
		WHICH WAS A MAJOR HINDERENCE. I WILL AWAIT YOUR DECISION
		ON ANY PENALTY DUE.
