Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Board Members are elected by ballot and announced at the annual meeting for 3 year terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Any By-Law changes, mergers, field of membership or charter changes require membership approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is reviewed by the Accounting Manager and President/CEO. A copy is made available to the Board of Directors for review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	At the yearly organizational meeting, it is recorded in the minutes any possible conflicts of interest.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Directors approves the President/CEO's compensation. The President/CEO approves employee compensation based on salary surveys and performance. The last compensation review was completed in 2013.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The financial statements are posted in the credit union lobby. Other documents and policies can be reviewed upon request at the Main branch.
