What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? low-income housing
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We started quarterly Financial Committee reports which led us to make a schedule for long term capital maintenance projects. We began planning for exterior house painting in 2014. We resealed all the landings and stairways, removed moss from roof tops and brick patio. We repainted the foyer of the front building. Some members refinished hardwood floors in their apts. All of the members participated in the planning and work in each of the projects helping us learn more about maintenance and long term care of buildings.

I am the board member responsible for filing our tax return. On March 23, 2014 I had an accident and was in the hospital and then recovering until the end of June. Today is the first day I have been able to do the work required to file this return.
