Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 MUSIC EDUCATIONHARMONY COLLEGE NORTHWEST -- THIS IS AN ENTIRE WEEKEND OF BARBERSHOP TRAINING. THIS WEEKEND IS CERTIFIED AS ACCEPTIBLE TRAINING FOR WASHINGTON MUSIC TEACHERS. THE CLASSES INCLUDE VOCAL TRAINING, COACHING TRAINING, DIRECTOR TRAINING, PRESENTATION, AND ARRANGING, IN THE BARBERSHOP ACAPELLA STYLE. ATTENDANCE HAS BEEN APPROXIMATELY 250 EACH OF THE LAST 2 YEARS. THOSE INDIVIDUALS RETURN TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL CHAPTERS AND CARRYING THE THINGS THEY LEARNED AND PASSING THE INFORMATION ON TO OTHERS.PERFORMANCE FUNDING--PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MUSICAL GROUPS CARRYING THE BARBERSHOP MUSICAL STYLE TO OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD. THIS ENABLES THESE GROUPS TO COMPETE AT HIGHER LEVELS. THEY THEN RETURN TO EVERGREEN DISTRICT AND DISSEMINATE WHAT THEY LEARNED THROUGH PERFORMING AND COACHING.CONVENTIONS--FINANCIAL SUPPORT SO LARGER CONVENTIONS CAN AFFORD TO USE MORE JUDGES.
