What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? ROCK LAKE HOUSING AUTHORITY WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LOW-RENTAL HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS IN A COMMUNITY WITH A POPULATION OF FEWER THAN 500 PEOPLE.

28 THE CORPORATION OWNS AND OPERATES A MULTIPLE-FAMILY HOUSING COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ROCKLAKE, NORTH DAKOTA, CONSISTING OF EIGHT SINGLE-BEDROOM UNITS. THE COMPLEX IS FINANCED THROUGH THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, WHICH ALSO PROVIDES SUBSIDIES FOR UNITS WHICH ARE RENTED AT A REDUCED RATE TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS.
