Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Pursuant to the organization's written conflict of interest policy, the OLCV Board of Directors are required to disclose any and all conflicts of interest prior to decision-making and required to recuse themselves from such decisions. The Board of Directors monitor the activities of the other Board Members, and in the case where a potential conflict exists, is unclear, or suspected but not disclosed, a two-thirds vote of the directors at a meeting prevents that director from participating in that decision.
